A leading organization is seeking a full-time onsite bilingual Service Desk Analyst to support a Windows 11 laptop refresh and enterprise deployment initiative. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Service Desk, the role involves preparing and deploying devices using Microsoft Managed Desktop and Autopilot, performing hardware setup, secure data migration, and ensuring devices meet security and compliance standards. The consultant will also update asset records, support end users during deployment, troubleshoot issues, and manage the secure retirement of legacy equipment. Candidates should have 4+ years of IT experience, including hands-on involvement in large-scale laptop refresh projects using Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow, strong Windows 10/11 support skills, and experience with endpoint security and device provisioning.
