This is a 3 month contract position, 2 days per week.

Requirements

What you'll do:

  • Provide Level 1 Service Desk support to end users, delivering responsive and friendly technical assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic IT issues within agreed service levels.
  • Assist with meeting room and audiovisual (AV) setup and provide light AV support during boardroom meetings.
