Service Desk Agent (Guadalajara)

Do you speak French and English? This position is for you! This is an eight‑hour shift job position with a hybrid format (work from home three days a week).

• Salary between $25,000 to $26,000 according to experience.

• Knowledge in IT support.
• Fluent English (Spoken/Written).
• Fluent French (Spoken/Written).
• 2 years' experience in customer service.
• Must reside in Guadalajara.
• Education: High school or equivalent.

Pay: From $19,****** per month.
