Position: Service Desk Academy Trainer

Location: Taguig City & Ortigas (100% onsite)

Salary: PHP 35,000

Schedule: Shifting (24/7 support)

Headcount: 1

Non-Negotiables:

  • Experience in Service Desk / IT support training
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to deliver technical training to diverse audiences

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding and training for Service Desk staff
  • Develop and maintain training materials
  • Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent facilitation & coaching skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL / Service Desk processes
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
