Position: Service Desk Academy Trainer
Location: Taguig City & Ortigas (100% onsite)
Salary: PHP 35,000
Schedule: Shifting (24/7 support)
Headcount: 1
Non-Negotiables:
- Experience in Service Desk / IT support training
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Ability to deliver technical training to diverse audiences
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding and training for Service Desk staff
- Develop and maintain training materials
- Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback
- Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent facilitation & coaching skills
- Knowledge of ITIL / Service Desk processes
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
