Service Design Lead Contract Role

PLATO is seeking an experienced Service Design Lead for a six-month contract role focused on transforming investigator experiences. This fully remote position requires strong design and facilitation skills.
In this contract role, you will take the lead on complex service design for a government transformation initiative, ensuring solutions are user-centered and aligned with business goals. Engage with Agile teams and stakeholders to create ready-to-build design features while promoting human-centered approaches throughout delivery.
