We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Delivery Lead Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs, enhancing employee performance, and driving operational excellence through continuous learning initiatives. We are looking for 10-12 years overall with 4-5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales for enterprise segments + technical solutioning)

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end new hire training programs , including onboarding, process training, product knowledge, and system navigation.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning interventions.
