At **GALAIT**, we’re looking for a proactive, organized and bilingual **Service Delivery Jr.** to join our growing tech services team in CDMX. If you have **3+ years of experience** coordinating services, supporting technical teams, and handling logistics, this role is for you.
**What you’ll do**
- Coordinate meetings between clients and engineers
- Track service requests and follow up with clients
- Keep CRM and documentation up to date
- Maintain external engineer availability database
- Review technical visit reports and generate weekly summaries
