What success looks like in this role:
As a Service Delivery Coordinator for the deskside support contract on the Australian government account, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of IT support services to government clients.
Your role will involve coordinating and managing the deskside support team, overseeing the resolution of technical issues, and ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
You will act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, providing timely and effective solutions to any service delivery challenges.
Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on service performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance service quality.
