- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to resolve issues promptly
- Process payments accurately while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, table settings, and service stations to uphold hygiene standards
- Upsell menu items and promote ongoing promotions to increase sales
