MACHINE CREW REFILLER / SERVICE CREW
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service during site visits.
- Refill and maintain vending machines.
- Monitor inventory and prepare daily sales reports.
- Document daily activities, endorsements, and site concerns.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report technical issues.
- Ensure vending machines are clean, operational, and well-stocked.
- Build positive relationships with customers and respond to their feedback.
- Coordinate with the Team Lead regarding site updates and concerns.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or college level.
- With or without experience (crew/refiller experience is an advantage).
- Willing to work on a shifting and roving schedule.
