Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders or inquiries.
- Process orders, handle payments, and issue receipts accurately using POS systems.
- Prepare and serve food or beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining, and work areas.
- Ensure products are stocked, properly displayed, and meet quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints or requests professionally and escalate concerns as needed.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
- Support teammates during peak hours to ensure smooth store operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications
- at least College level or with vocational education background
- with experience in food services is an advantage
- with pleasing personality
