Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
- Take and process orders accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following standard procedures
- Handle cash and digital payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kiosk area
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory monitoring and reporting
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
