Key Responsibilities
Service Coordination & Administration
Create and manage Maintenance Customer Orders (MCOs) and work ordersReview and verify service cases for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with scope, budget, and timelinesMaintain strong document control and ensure compliance with internal processes and service standardsTrack and report on job progress from initiation through to completion and invoicingProcess & Workflow Support
Maintain real-time updates across systems (e.g., Salesforce, M3, and internal service tools)Support repair execution by coordinating documentation, approvals, and scheduling activitiesIdentify risks, discrepancies, or gaps and escalate appropriatelyAssist with warranty, billing, and goodwill processesInternal Collaboration
