Overview
We are looking for a service coordinator excited to join a growing team!
The hired candidate should have experience working in a machinery or equipment environment providing the following duties:
-responding to inquiries from customers requiring quotes -providing customer service via email, phone, or walk-in to customers seeking machinery parts or information about machine service -sourcing materials for customers and for technicians in the shop -shipping and receiving -managing transactions through computer program -performing ad hoc administrative support to the shop and office team when required
