**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with internal teams and partner network to assess project service needs and provide status updates
- Conduct preliminary troubleshooting, coordinate site visits with installer or technician partners based on urgency, availability, and location, and follow up on service appointments to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Ensure accurate maintenance of service records, documentation, and databases; generate service reports and monitor key performance metrics.
- Monitor the progress of services and resolve any scheduling or logístical issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and escalate issues as necessary to the appropriate personnel or departments
