**Customer Support team is a high-profile team, working in an ever-growing business environment, with great visibility to our Customers, directing industrial in the national and international power and renewable energy business.In your role within the Customer Support team, you will play a vital part in engaging with customers and overseeing Service Contracts to ensure that performance indicators are met while also contributing to project profitability and meeting regional sales objectives.
****Responsibilities**:- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, leveraging customer intimacy to ensure renewals of Service Contracts and secure additional business.
- Define common strategy in customer relationship management (aligned with Operation Managers).
- Assist the commercial department in the negotiation of new Service Contracts, Renewals, Settlements, Amendments and Additional Services quotations.
