This position is for the Urban Cellars Market Mall location. The Sales Clerk/Cashier position is responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to customers and for maintaining excellent store operating standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides a high level of customer service by establishing contact, greeting customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintains a balanced float while on shift and counts cash drawer at end of shift, reporting and accounting for any discrepancies.
- Initiates opportunities for additional sales.
- Faces and displays merchandise.
- Ensures products are scanning correctly and advises Management of any discrepancies.
- Demonstrates a high level of professional and ethical standards by adhering to all Company policies and procedures.
