Key Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of the Service Centre. Manage and record incoming materials and all return-to-stock material. Supervise the pulling and allocation of input materials for production requirements. Conduct detailed handovers with the Night Shift Supervisor to ensure continuity of operations. Manage and coordinate all processing activities, including guillotining, cutting, shearing, band saw operations, and other steel processing functions. Oversee and assist with band saw operations where required. Ensure production schedules are achieved efficiently, safely, and on time. Monitor workflow and allocate resources to maximize productivity and throughput. Lead, motivate, train, and manage Service Centre personnel.
