The Service Center Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall strategic direction, proactive management, and financial performance (P&L) of the multi-functional turbomachinery maintenance workshop in the UAE. This facility specializes in the service, repair, and overhaul of complex rotating equipment, includingsteam turbines, centrifugal compressors, and pumps.
The incumbent will drive continuous improvement, operation, ensure adherence to stringent quality and safety standards, and develop the facility and personnel to maximize return on investment (ROI).
