Responsibilities
The role will focus on driving service business through proactive communication and persuasive follow‑up:
- Proactively reach out to customers to schedule and confirm service appointments
- Use sales and negotiation techniques to encourage customers to bring their vehicles in for maintenance, recalls, and repairs
