- Learn and be competent in all Front of House duties according to SOP
- Manage customers requests and feedback
- Deliver service level required and uphold standards on speed and accuracy of service
- Learn and be proficient on product knowledge of all items on the menu
- Manage ordering / inventory / cash
- Maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety at the cafe
- Manage ongoing marketing and promotions at the cafe
- Possess a WSQ Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality or related studies
- Worked in the relevant industry for minimum 1 year
- Equipped with coffee knowledge & barista skill would be an advantage
- Enjoy meeting people and take pride in customer service
- Willingness to work in a fast pace environment
- Good interpersonal skills and able to perform in a team
- 5 days work
