The job

You will report to the Service Director and be a part of the global after market team. The role of the SAM is to drive high levels of customer experience and satisfaction, as well as service sales, service contracts, spare parts, modifications, and upgrades to meet expected revenue and profitability targets. The SAM is the overall owner of the customer relationship and management, and must act as a trusted advisor to the customer, working proactively to build and maintain customer relations.
