Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Appointment Management: Schedule service appointments via phone, email, and online booking portals, ensuring the shop workflow remains balanced and efficient.
- Customer Consultation: Answer inbound inquiries regarding service intervals, basic maintenance requirements, and appointment availability.
- Outbound Outreach: Perform follow-up calls for missed appointments, service reminders, and specialized maintenance campaigns to keep our shop busy and our customers safe.
- Data Integrity: Accurately update customer profiles and vehicle history within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Service & Parts Liaison: Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts consultants to ensure parts are in stock for upcoming specialized repairs.
