Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves curating the overall service experience for valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership.
Responsibilities
- Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
- Welcoming customers and discussing their needs.
- Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone.
- Developing repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
- Preparing repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.
