Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and assess their vehicle concerns.
- Provide accurate repair estimates and explain recommended services.
- Communicate with technicians to track service progress.
- Keep customers informed about their vehicle status.
- Prepare job cards, invoices, and necessary documentation.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of vehicles.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop (preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of car repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
