Service Advisor
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team at Humber Ford Stephenville. The primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance or repairs, the role involves greeting customers, assessing vehicle issues, providing cost estimates, and coordinating service appointments.
Responsibilities
- Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customers' descriptions of symptoms and clarifying descriptions of problems
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
- Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor
- Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required
