The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to support the Service Manager and Customer Service Team, acting as the first point of call to their customers.
Duties and responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls for the Customer Service Centre and provide advice regarding products, equipment, and service offering.You will coordinate and allocate the activities of Service Technicians.Receive requests for service work and allocate and schedule works and keeping the customer informed of the progress of their job.Process and invoice all completed workshop jobs and complete the month end process.Compile and complete service reports, quotes and raise purchase orders.
