Responsibilities
- Providing customers with parts information and availability estimated time of arrival of goods and product recommendations
- Updating Spare parts and FPSP Prices to SAP
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agents on (FPSP Spare Parts prices credit notes) handling inquiries and providing updates on service status.
- Issuing and registering of FPSP serial nos. through SBD service site.
- Delivering prompt professional solutions for FPSP Enquires
- Working to meet immediate goals of Dealers interaction
- Maintain accurate records of service requests client interactions and service outcomes
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Coordinate with ESM / MDM team on NPIs spare parts to extend to ME- EWA
- Suggesting improvements to customer service to higher management and staff
- Implementing improvements to customer on FPSP
