• Managing multiple tables, tasks, and orders simultaneously.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math for transactions.
• Memorizing items, ingredients, allergies, and pairings
• Collaborating with cooks, bussers, and other staff.

Job Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred.
• 1+ years in a hospitality/restaurant setting.
• Flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays.
