- Perform physical and technical tasks of intermediate & escalated complexity on Data Center Infrastructure equipment including but not limited to servers infrastructure, network infrastructure, or other equipment on the DC floor, without immediate supervision.
- Work alongside Technicians in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining servers, networking equipment, and cabling (can be physically demanding including moving and racking equipment).
- Fix broken servers (replace hard drives, replace bad sticks of RAM, etc.).
- Learn and apply diagnostic methods to troubleshoot data center equipment.
- Use hardware/software tools and workflows (automation) in support of these tasks.
- Strictly follow all policies, processes, and procedures related to the activities and data center environment.
