Serial Production Support Engineer

PWO Canada is a Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier for auto manufacturers globally. We are one of five subsidiaries in the PWO AG Group, manufacturing lightweight metal components for the automotive industry.

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The purpose of the Process Engineer is to support and improve production processes in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. This role works closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing issues, investigate quality concerns, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION

A key part of this role is supporting the investigation of internal and customer quality concerns, performing root cause analysis (8D), and helping guide production decisions when deviations occur. This is a hands‑on role with strong interaction with production teams and opportunities to make a visible impact on manufacturing performance.
