Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end features spanning Go services and React/TypeScript UI
- Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) as daily workflow tools
- Build and improve agentic workflows and AI-powered product features
- Improve system performance, latency, and reliability through caching and resilient patterns
- Raise the bar on testing, code quality, and observability
- Lead design reviews and mentor teammates (Staff level)
