Purpose
The Solution Manager is responsible for the effectiveness of solution design in the PSA BDP contract logistics function globally. This role focuses on analysing complex information from various angles and creating cost‑efficient, operationally viable, and innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Additionally, the manager provides support for operational improvement and reengineering of existing processes and setups to maintain competitive cost levels.
