The Pharmacy Assistant will assist the Pharmacy Technician Executives/ Pharmacists in ensuring smooth operation in the pharmacy and provide quality customer service.
Job Responsibilities- Conduct regular checks on the equipment used in pharmacy e.g. refrigerators, computers printers, fax machine, etc.
- Monitor the maintenance of equipment and keep proper records of equipment maintenance.
- Assist supervisors in contacting the relevant vendors for the rectification works.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of the pharmacy premises and maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness at the work area and storerooms.
- Ensure that dispensing consumables are topped up at the dispensing counters daily.
- Replenishment of stocks in the pharmacy and patient information leaflets.
