We are looking for a self-driven Engineer with AI experience who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership without waiting to be directed. This is a proactive role – you are expected to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive them independently.
Must-Have Requirements
- 5-7+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
- Hands‑on experience with agentic coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor) and an understanding of how they work underneath: model APIs, tool calling, agent loops, context management.
- Understanding of LLM API and tool‑use patterns: function calling, tool orchestration, and the ability to integrate AI models programmatically, not just through existing UIs.
- Ability to evaluate trade‑offs between off‑the‑shelf agentic tools and custom API‑based implementations.
