Senior/Associate, Payroll (Contract)

Join our HR team and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely and compliant payroll services for our faculty and research community. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic higher education environment, supporting end-to-end payroll operations, benefits administration and research grant payroll activities.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for faculty and research staff.
• Ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with statutory and organisational requirements.
• Process employee lifecycle changes, including appointments, salary revisions and terminations.
• Prepare payroll reconciliations, reports and journal entries.
• Submit statutory filings, including IR21 tax clearance and government‑paid leave claims.
