Senior Workforce Management & Real-Time Optimizer

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Analyst to drive real-time scheduling and resource optimization for a multi-site contact center. You will translate forecasting into effective schedules and intraday management, with some evening and weekend availability to meet business needs.

You will analyze performance, coordinate with Operations, generate daily and longer-range forecasts, build staffing models, and provide leadership with intraday reports and actionable recommendations.
