As a Senior Workforce Information Advisor, you will support People and Culture and various stakeholders with their reporting and process optimisation needs. This includes collaboration, promotion and the business adoption of analytical reports to improve the commercial performance of the business, improve the quality of the UnitingCare services we provide to our customers, ensuring efficiencies and identification of problem areas in a proactive manner.

Please note, this is a full time, fixed-term opportunity, until the end of October 2026. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working, working from home two days a week.
