Senior Workforce Analyst: Forecasting, Capacity & Insights

Ubiquity Global Services, Inc. in Manila is seeking a Senior Workforce Analyst who will manage global seat allocation for agents, consolidate data across programs, and ensure accuracy in analyses.

You will collaborate with WFM Delivery, Operations and other support groups to drive centralized reporting and seat capacity. The role requires 2+ years in MIS/WFM, data extraction from CMS, automation of manual tasks, advanced Excel and VBA/SQL skills, and the ability to develop dashboards with clear
