Senior Workday HCM & Recruiting Specialist (Hybrid)

Nasdaq, Inc. in Taguig City is seeking a Workday HCM Specialist to optimize our global use of Workday HCM, with a primary focus on Workday Recruiting and Greenhouse ATS.

As a subject matter expert, you will gather requirements, configure, test, and deploy HRIS enhancements, and drive process excellence in a fast-paced, global environment. The role reports to the Director, HRIS & Analytics and offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office days.
