Senior Workday Data & HR Operations Analyst

AMGEN Capability Center Portugal, located in Lisbon, is seeking a Sr Workday Data Operation Analyst to join the HR service delivery team. You will act as a SME for Workday and core HR processes, resolve escalated inquiries, and contribute to data quality and governance across global HR operations.

In this role you will support Workday security and SOX compliance, maintain HR knowledge bases, and drive continuous process improvements with ServiceNow and HR systems.
