Senior Workday Compensation Architect

The Consulting Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior People Systems Analyst in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of Workday systems, ensuring the health of HCM and Compensation environments, and collaborating with various teams.

Ideal candidates should have a solid track record in HRIS, particularly with Workday, and demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
