Senior Windows Desktop Engineer & Tech Lead

Speechify is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Windows/Desktop Applications in Geneva, Switzerland. You will lead design, architecture and development of native Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML and sometimes C++.

You will drive accessibility, performance, and cross-version compatibility, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and QA, and shape the long-term Windows roadmap.
