- Provide Day to Day Technology Directions Within Windows Server OS, VMware, Physical Server Hardware, Nutanix (HCI) Platform
- Experience on Monitoring tools, Patching tools, Backup tools etc.
- Good understanding on Hybrid cloud environment (On-prem & Cloud Platforms - Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Maintain Global Collaboration with The Other Micron It Operations Teams, Both Internal and External To I&O
- Operational Support Escalation
- Incident Management and Problem Management
- Project Execution
- Maintain Ola and Sla Agreements with Other Micron Business Units
