Summary

• You will define and shape a Wi‑Fi research agenda and present innovations at IEEE 802.11 and the Wi‑Fi Alliance.
• You will develop and contribute to Nokia's link and system simulation platforms and adapt ideas from academia or 3GPP.
• The role requires a PhD in EE/CS/Physics or an MS plus five years' experience in Wi‑Fi standardization, simulator development, or related organizations.
• Essential skills include deep knowledge of Wi‑Fi up to 802.11bn, AI/ML in PHY and MAC, proven standards contributions, and strong communication for delegation and collaboration.

You will be responsible to define and shape your research agenda under the guidance of some of the top experts in the industry, develop innovations with other members of the Wi‑Fi CoE, draft contributions and present these ideas in IEEE 802.11 and Wi‑Fi Alliance.
