Responsibilities
- Maintain & support day to day manufacturing activities in a clean room environment.
- Work with Engineer and Maintenance to perform real time problem analysis on equipment failures, alarms and SPC violations.
- Implement corrective/preventive actions to resolve line issues.
- Follow up PM/CM qualification to ensure equipment operate within specification and up to manufacturing in shortest time.
- Response to equipment alarms in real time and implement actions to prevent re-occurrence.
- Response to lots on hold & disposition in real time and implement actions to prevent re-occurrence.
- Support in setting up new tools, process robustness and cost saving activities.
- A Bachelor's Degree in, Electronics and Data, Chemical, Electrical Power Engineering, etc.
- Ability to learn new concept and have good analytical skills
