Maximize asset value through well intervention and production enhancement solutions. Serve as Senior Well Intervention & Workover Technical Lead, evaluating and supporting well intervention opportunities across a broad portfolio of oil and gas assets in Mexico and Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Promote excellence in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), quality, and compliance with applicable company policies and customer requirements.
- Lead technical evaluations of well intervention, workover, recompletion, and production enhancement opportunities.
- Develop intervention strategies to restore production, improve well performance, and maximize asset value.
- Assess well integrity challenges and identify remediation opportunities to improve operational reliability.
