Senior VoIP Architect

Precedence Technologies is seeking a Senior Voice Engineer to implement, manage, and support enterprise voice and unified communications across complex environments in Dubai. You will work on Avaya Aura, Avaya IPO, Mitel, and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise platforms, designing dial plans and voice architectures to ensure reliable, high quality communications.

You will execute upgrades, migrations, and tech refresh projects, integrate SIP and SBC solutions, provide L2/L3 support, monitor performance,
