Senior Voice AI Solutions Engineer — Remote

Smart Working Solutions is seeking a Senior ElevenLabs Solutions Engineer / Voice AI Integration SME to own our Voice AI architecture and evolve ElevenLabs deployments into a scalable, reliable platform. You will mentor teams, assess current implementations, and establish standards for future growth.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering to optimize agent performance, improve conversational quality, and design integrations between Voice AI workflows and business systems.
