Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Sr. Solutions Architect focused on VMWare migration to join our team in Taiwan. In this role, you will work directly with enterprise customers to help them plan and execute the migration of complex on-premises workloads to AWS, with a focus on VMware environments and enterprise workload migration.
As a VMWare migration SA, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers undergoing cloud transformation. You will assess existing infrastructure, design target architectures on AWS, and guide customers through large-scale migration projects — from initial discovery through cutover and optimization. Your deep understanding of on-premises data center environments will be critical in helping customers realize the full value of the cloud.
This role requires a strong technical background in enterprise infrastructure, combined with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
